Decimal Odds
Any number above 1.00. Stake × Odds = total return. This is the simplest format to calculate and the most widely used in Bangladesh.
Fractional Odds
2/1 means ৳2 profit for every ৳1 staked. Common in British horse racing. Your stake is also returned as part of the total payout.
American Odds
+200 means ৳200 profit on a ৳100 stake. -400 means a ৳400 stake returns ৳100 profit — this signals the favourite.
Bet Slip — Single and Multi Bet
Clicking on any odds adds them to the bet slip. Once you enter a stake amount, the potential return is calculated automatically. If there is only one selection, it is a single bet.
A multi bet combines three or more selections. Their odds are multiplied together to form one combined odds figure. For example, if three selections have odds of 1.40 × 1.50 × 1.80, the combined odds ≈ 3.78. A ৳100 stake returns ৳378, but all three selections must win — if one loses, the entire ৳100 is lost.
Multi bets offer the chance of a higher return, but the risk is also higher. Before placing a bet, review the potential return and stake shown on the slip carefully.
What is a Betting Exchange?
On a betting exchange, you bet directly against other bettors. If you BACK Team A at decimal odds of 2.50 with ৳1,000 — and Team A wins, you receive ৳1,500 before commission; if they do not win, you lose ৳1,000. If you LAY, your liability is ৳1,500 (৳1,000 × 1.50); if Team A does not win you earn ৳1,000, but if they win you pay ৳1,500.
